The affairs of the Association shall be governed and managed by a Board which in addition to the powers and authorities conferred by the association rules may exercise all such powers and do all such things as are within the Objects of the Association.

The Board is comprised of a President, Vice-President, Treasurer, up to five other Board members and the Registrar (ex-officio).
