Our New Website is Coming
Over the coming weeks, RAJSA will be launching a new public website to provide a more modern, informative and accessible online presence for both members and the wider community.
The change will happen in stages to minimise disruption.
During the transition
As changes are made, there may be short periods where some pages or sections are temporarily unavailable. If you cannot find a page or receive an error, please don't be concerned. Wait a day and try again while the updates are completed.

STAGE 1 - New public website goes live (Week commencing 3 August 2026)
Our new WordPress website will become the public face of the RAJSA. It has been designed to better showcase who we are, what we do, and provide improved information for members, prospective members and the community.
STAGE 2 - Member site information (Week commencing 3 August 2026)
Once the new website is live, duplicated member information currently located on the existing website within Wild Apricot (such as the training calendar and other member resources) will be removed. This is to avoid duplicate information and reduce confusion about where information is located.
The Wild Apricot site will continue to be used as the Members' Portal for membership management (there will be a Member Login button on the new website), including:
- Updating Member profiles
- Membership renewals
- Event registrations
- Donations
- Merchandise Shop
STAGE 3 - Members' Portal improvements (Week commencing 10 August 2026)
Following the transition, we will refresh the Members' Portal to make it easier to use. This includes improvements to navigation, colours, menus and quick links so members can more easily access restricted member information.
STAGE 4 - Further advanced features (December onwards)
Once the new website is up and running, we will look to further simplify member access via single sign-on, and incorporating restricted member pages onto the more modern website (WordPress).
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Why are we using two different websites?
We are using two different systems because each performs a different role.
WordPress is a website platform. It provides far greater flexibility, accessibility and design options, allowing us to create a modern, informative public website.
Wild Apricot is our current website and membership management software. Its primary purpose is to manage member records, renewals, event registrations and member communications. While it includes basic website features, these are limited and are not designed to support a modern public website.
Using each system for what it does best provides a better experience for both members and visitors.
Will I need a new login?
No. Your existing Wild Apricot login will continue to be used for the Members' Portal.
Has the Members' Portal moved?
It will be, Yes. There will be a login button on the new homepage that takes you to the same portal login.
Will my membership be affected?
No. Your membership, profile, renewal dates and event registrations remain in Wild Apricot and are not affected by the new public website.
What if I can't find something?
During the transition, some pages may be moved or temporarily unavailable. If something isn't available immediately, please wait a day and try again. If you still cannot find what you need, please contact registrar@rajsa.com.au for assistance.
Why are you making these changes?
The new website allows RAJSA to better support members while presenting a more professional and informative public presence. Separating the public website from the membership system means each platform can do what it is designed to do, resulting in a better experience for everyone.
