Payment can be made online via Credit Card, Debit Card or Direct Deposit. Online payments are handled via PayPal. The RAJSA does not keep payment information on file.
You can also pay via Bank Transfer. The bank details are printed on your invoice.
If you have difficulty renewing online or need assistance, the RAJSA office can help.

Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page.
If you still can’t log in, contact the office for assistance.

Why does the website look different between pages?
Our new website consists of two different platforms.
1. The platform you see that looks like a lot of other websites for information.
2. The membership portal, where you can access limited membership areas, renew membership, book for training, etc.
Now the new site is released, we will be working to integrate or update the membership site pages for easier navigation.
I’m a member, but I can’t access some pages. Why?
Some content is restricted based on:
- membership status
- login status
- role‑specific access (for example, committees or Groups)
If something doesn’t appear to be working correctly, please contact the RAJSA office.
